Booking Inquiry
Our Booking and Cancellation Policies:
- All bookings require a $100.00 nonrefundable deposit to guarantee your event date, and must be made at least 14 days in advance.
- Before booking, you MUST ensure that you have adequate space for your setup. Each glampsite requires 4.5 feet width, and 6.25 feet length, and mattresses are twin-sized. If you require more space, please contact Liz at Ketcha Outdoors to inquire about renting their event space in Scarborough.
- Bookings requested with less than 14 days notice are subject to availability, and a $75.00 rush fee will be added.
- We do not offer refunds for cancellations, but we will make our absolute best effort to help you find another date if you need to reschedule.
- Remaining balance is due no later than 5 days before your party date. A $10 late fee will be added for every day past due. No tents may be added after this time. If tents need to be removed from your booking after this time, we can take them out of your setup, but we will be unable to offer a refund for those tents.
- Custom themes are subject to a fee of up to $20 per tent, depending on availability of inventory.
- We accept all major credit cards, debit cards or ACH payments. The client agrees that this payment method will be used to cover any damages, replacement fees, or additional incidentals, if necessary.
